![]() With the map-making navigation easier, head hard east towards a waterfall. On the way, you'll be able to pick up five Hefty Beast Bones, a Dragonwound Grease, and a Ghost Glovewort (5), and in the gazebo itself, you will find the Map (Deeproot Depths). Further north is a larger ruin structure where you'll find a gazebo. Head north to find a ruin filled with Basilisks, a Smithing Stone (6), and a Rune Arc. Further west is the Deeproot Depths Site of Grace and a Finger Reader Crone right next to the cliff. Be sure to grab the Ghost Glovewort (4) nearby too. The bodies they're guarding have three Warming Stones, a Golden Rune (6), and a Smithing Stone (4). When you get back on land, just slightly ahead are some flying Giant Ants. Head back to the roots and cross to the other side. ![]() (You can see the exit with an item further ahead, the entrance is closer to where you began, at the end of a branch.) Get to the end and you'll find the Elden Stars Incantation. While you're crossing the roots, look to your north-west and you'll be able to spot a cave filled with Giant Ants. From here, the way forward is by crossing the nearby tree roots to the west. In the area, you'll also be able to find a Ghost Glovewort (4) and a Teardrop Scarab that drops the Ash of War: Golden Land when defeated. Defeat it and it'll drop the Staff of the Avatar. Head west from this Site of Grace and right off the bat you'll encounter an Erdtree Avatar. I'm hoping there will be someone reading this page for the imp head cat helm who can maybe confirm some of this, particularly getting the wolf head in a different catacomb than minor erdtree in caelid.Taking the coffin from Siofra Aqueduct brings you to a spot just across the Great Waterfall Crest Site of Grace in Deeproot Depths. I'm not as sure about the imp cat head as I am the wolf, in all honesty it is possible I'm getting it mixed up with the imp corpse head helm, I got them both in the same session, but I do know I don't farm for sh*t except runes to level up a bit early game, and I feel like all the imp heads I've stumbled across were looted from a corpse not a drop from an enemy. I can't be bothered with any of the dungeons that have poison or rot water to deal with as well as the enemies, and there's no two ways about it, I am 100% sure. I know this is anecdotal, I have no way to prove what I'm saying but the location for the wolf imp head is given as being the minor erdtree catacomb in caelid, but I have the imp wolf helm and I've never set foot in the minor erdtree catacomb once. I'm not sure the info about these imp helms is 100% accurate. Base drop rate is 0.5% (at 100 Discovery).Imp Head (Cat) is an individual piece and doesn't belong to any set. After the imps stop respawning, they can be reset by exiting and reloading the game or traveling to the nearest site of grace. The items they drop will disappear once they respawn so they must be looted quickly. These imps can drop the head and will spawn 20 times before stopping. This only works if you haven't already solved the puzzle as this stops them from spawning. An alternative way to farm the item is to kill the Spirit imps behind the Albinauric Rise.Farming: from the Impaler's Catacombs site of grace, run to the imp at the bottom of the stairs, and after killing this one, run back up and kill the one near the top which is now done climbing you are close to the grace again.Where to find Imp Head (Cat) in Elden Ring Resembling a cat, it holds trace amounts of feline intelligence. ![]() Head covering made from the largely unaltered head of an impish golem. ![]()
